Wesley was appointed to manage the sale of our property after receiving a number of news letters. He explains the whole process in a way that is easily understood. His knowledge of council requirements and zoning related to future development is thorough. Once property was listed advertising was commenced to cover all possible purchasers and he contacted potential buyers on his contact data base. ( one of which purchased the property ). Weekly reports were thorough with valuable comments from those that had viewed the details of the property. All aspects of listing and sale were completed in a friendly and professional way. Cherry gave us confidence about the value of our house through well researched data and statistics. Her knowledge of Hobsonville Point was important as was her passion for the location. She gave us excellent advice on what we needed to do to present our home to maximise its saleability and end value. We did what we were told !!! Cherry's feedback to us during the sale process was superb and given her involvement in the location she had important knowledge of the potential buyers that were visiting our open homes. She concluded a timely sale in a most professional manner and went beyond her agency responsibilities to assist us through to settlement given we had a tenant in place and were out of town vendors.
