Selling a house for the first time can be daunting, especially when you have tenants to deal with and don't know where to start. Anu helped us navigate this process with ease and was patient as we took the time to work through big decisions. The advice Anu gave on how we could make our house more attractive for sale was accurate and our investment in a few key areas based on his advice definitely paid off. Anu wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty which was the thing we appreciated the most. Not living in New Plymouth anymore made selling our house that little bit harder. Anu took the keys and said don't worry I will sort everything, and this is exactly what happened. His service was well above the level we were expecting, an example of this is Anu cleaning and painting our chimney! We weren't always quick at responding to emails and getting forms signed which must have been frustrating for Anu! However, he was patient with us knowing we lived busy lives and never pushed. We were grateful for this patience. I would recommend Anu to anyone looking for a hard-working, trustworthy & reliable agent, who from day one was focused on getting us a fair price.
