Working with Carlos, in one word. Easy. The sale of our property was a daunting task for us but Carlos made it simple, offered constant support to walk us through the process and once he had what he needed from us, it was hands off. Perfect for a couple of very busy people. He is attentive and listened to us as people, not just vendors.
