We received appraisals/proposals from Renaee and one other agent from a different company. Renaee wowed us from the get-go with an extremely professional proposal presentation and a realistic appraisal. She happily provided advice on styling, staging and getting the property ready for sale. She was patient with our many questions about and throughout the process. The marketing was spot on and the property saw more than 15 groups through in the first weekend, selling at auction after 2.5 weeks on the market. Her communication was very good and she was just very real and honest, and pleasant to work with. She got the job done quickly and we would definitely work with her again.
