Matt was the agent selling the home we purchased. Matt went well above and beyond what I had expected from an agent as we progressed through negotiations and settlement of the deal. Matt was always behaved professionally and was very helpful throughout the process. He provided a service that we felt was well beyond what we expected, and he was able to smooth out the steps in the purchasing process. This wasn't expected from the selling agent but was greatly appreciated. He is also quite a good bugger.
