We recently listed our property to sell with Sandra Goodman and Jan Long. Sandra and Jan worked really hard to achieve the result we were looking for. They were friendly, professional, helpful and kept us fully informed throughout the process. We would definitely use them again and have recommended them to others.

We recently sold a property with Sandra Goodman & Jan Long from the Motueka Bayleys office. We have sold a number of properties (in Motueka and elsewhere) and found this experience far exceeded any previous. They provided regular, meaningful written reports on enquires made about the property and achieved a great final offer with an unconditional offer as back up. We would not hesitate to highly recommend them both for their professionalism and their high level of integrity and expertise. We could not be more pleased. Thank you both.
