taking into account I am a first home buyer, two word come to mind. 1) stressful 2) enjoyable
I found Justin awesome very knowledgeable and helpful. with me not knowing what I was doing because I have never sold or brought a house before Justin guided me throughout the process and calmed me down when I got stress out and feeling it was getting too much for me, by explaining things in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend Justin Brassfield to anyone selling or buying a home especially to new home buyers :) P.S if you're a sport fan Justin also the man to talk to as well especially cricket Don

Outstanding Agent!!
Bayleys were wonderful to deal with, particularly Christina, who we chose as our agent. From the moment we met her, we knew she was the one to sell our home. She was friendly, personable, highly professional, and guided us through every step of the process. Christina was totally engaging, asking what we needed along the way and adapting her style to suit us. She was communicative, helpful, and incredibly dedicated and motivated. Within just 4 days we had a pre-auction offer, which we signed the next day. Fast forward 10 days—and our home was sold. We’re excited to begin our new chapter and so happy for the new owner. We hope they enjoy their new home and the wonderful Red Beach community as much as we have.
