Excellent communicator, listeners, advocate and general all around great guy
Blair was able to sell our niche property in a tricky market in warp speed time, enabling us to move forward with our plans. He is an excellent communicator and listens attentively, enabling him to create the most appropriate marketing plan. We didn't feel like part of a machine due to his client centric, bespoke attitude. He was realistic in expectations, meaning we could meet the market, even though that was tough at the time! He kept us always up to date with feedback and gave positive vibes throughout, which was sorely needed at a difficult and stressful time. Thank you Blair for your friendship, professionalism and can-do attitude!! 5 stars.

taking into account I am a first home buyer, two word come to mind. 1) stressful 2) enjoyable
I found Justin awesome very knowledgeable and helpful. with me not knowing what I was doing because I have never sold or brought a house before Justin guided me throughout the process and calmed me down when I got stress out and feeling it was getting too much for me, by explaining things in a way I could understand.
