They did an amazing job and at a time when the market was turning and time was short we were able to work together and go from our first meeting to a sale within about three months. Working with Jackie Herkt to purchase an investment property in Blenheim was seamless and and a pleasure! As out of town buyers, we had 1 day to view properties in Marlborough. Jackie had a clear plan and insight to what was available, she had done her homework. We viewed 8 properties on a Friday and by the following Wednesday our offer on the 'best property as an investment for us' had been accepted. She then supported us right until take over day.
