Buying a property in a new town is a bit daunting, especially as we were moving from the North Island to South Island. We found that Jackie was so helpful with the whole process, giving us the opportunity to make sure we made the right choice for our future. She was there to guide us thru the whole process, from viewing and revisiting, to submitting our offer and liaising with the vendors. She also went out of her way go help out with the final walk thru, collecting me from the airport and dropping me back, which was really helpful. Once we moved in she checked in to make sure we were getting settled and that all was as it should be, and gave us a lovely welcome platter.
