As vendors we were happy with Georgia's service as our agent. She met with us in person twice at the property and regularly responded promptly to emails and calls with relevant information and advice. She was always polite and cheerful. Full information about the sale process was provided when we engaged her and Baileys to sell the property. Weekly vendor reports were sent to us which we appreciated. The media campaign was very professional and effective, we felt. She has very good knowledge of the Sounds market. The key thing is that Georgia was able to achieve a sale for us in a depressed Sounds market! My only critical comment would be that a bit more care with accuracy was needed by Georgia or her PA with documents presented to us, such as the list of chattels and the sale and purchase agreement. Georgia did apologise for any errors and the documents were very promptly corrected.
