Jackie (and Cat!) are just the sort of people you want in your corner during the process. Jackie was always completely on top of everything. She’s super communicative, quick to respond, proactive, and genuinely invested in making sure things kept moving smoothly. What we appreciated most was her balance between being assertive and getting things done when needed, whilst also remaining calm, reassuring, and making us feel like everything was under control at all times. No question ever felt like a bother, and she had a way of explaining things that instantly made the whole process feel less overwhelming. Beyond being brilliant at her job, she’s also just a genuinely lovely person. We built such a good rapport with her throughout the process and it honestly felt like having someone we could completely trust guiding us through one of the biggest decisions of our lives.
