Working with Jackie Herkt to purchase an investment property in Blenheim was seamless and and a pleasure! As out of town buyers, we had 1 day to view properties in Marlborough. Jackie had a clear plan and insight to what was available, she had done her homework. We viewed 8 properties on a Friday and by the following Wednesday our offer on the 'best property as an investment for us' had been accepted. She then supported us right until take over day. This level of service when you are from out of town is invaluable and we recommend her and her team very highly.

We have just sold our property through Jackie Herkt and Bex Vuletich, from beginning to end their patience (they needed a lot) their support, hard work and sheer determination was what kept us going and got the sale we needed to move on to our next step, they answered any questions we had (there were a lot) they kept us informed every step of the way, and all the time they really cared about us as people and not just as a sale for them.
