We had never been through the sale process before, and had a reasonably strict deadline to work to. Charlie was so helpful in walking us through that process, and giving us guidance. She gave us advice on how to stage the house and bits to tidy up. Charlie was also very realistic with us in terms of expectations, and told everything to us straight.
