We are buyers from overseas and we felt very supported by Jeremy and Tony. They arranged phone calls with us to assure we understood the auction process and asked the auctioneer to call us to answer further questions. Jeremy was able to refer us to local resources that will help us after our new purchase. The communication was excellent.

Jeremy sold us the house 8 years ago and we found his experience and professionalism very helpful in buying. So much so that we opted to get him to sell it for us. We decided downsizing was a necessity for us, looked at a home with Jackie and Cat which wasn’t quite right for us, the girls listened and rang us a few days later stating they had a home that would be a ideal go to for us (how right they were). Our large home was placed on the market and sold very quickly after an excellent campaign. We are now all shifted Ian’s still trying to find things. All this took place in 26 days. Emily is an exceptional listener who goes out of her way to meet client needs. At our initial meeting we were impressed with Emily's knowledge of the local market and also how she was very open with information and we did not feel that she was holding back information like others we talked to. We found ourselves in a difficult situation of trying to sell our parents deceased estate from a distance and were so grateful that Emily helped make this a much less stressful experience. She was always open to our feedback and adjusted the strategy based on our goals. Another amazing attribute we appreciated was the way that Emily genuinely offered to help out on various occasions where we had to try and coordinate tasks around the property. We approached Emily after she was referred to us by a friend and we were not disappointed. If you want an agent who is knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely dedicated to your success, you would be hard pushed to find a better person.

Pip was always helpful, friendly, prompt and polite, except when I tried to get hints about bidding price. There she gave no clues about what other offers had been made, as is proper, and which shows she does her job for the seller as well as the buyer.
