Outstanding Service

I had been receiving general newsletters and calendars from Jenny Benoy for a couple of years prior to deciding to sell my property so she immediately came to mind as the agent I should approach. I called into the office and felt immediately at ease when I met her as she was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. She gave me some brochures to have a look at and we briefly discussed costs etc. A few weeks later I called her to say I was ready to go to market and we met in person. I never once felt pressured and she was wonderful in giving me advice on how to present the property at its best, both inside and out. She was with me every step of the way through the entire process. After the property didn't sell at auction she remained very positive and pro active in our search for a buyer. Two weeks later we did sell and Jenny was amazing not only with myself but also the purchaser in organising all the paperwork and the finer details. We have kept in touch since which has been so nice. Jenny was always open and very honest in guiding me from the beginning to the end in what was an emotional time in selling our property of twenty nine years. I would highly recommend Jenny to any future real estate buyers or sellers.
