All we can say is a “Huge Thank You” to Jo and the Team for getting our Sale “Over The Line” in what can only be called a challenging market (Jo is a "Specialist In Selling Apartments !!!) – selling is at no time is easy however Jo guided us through the process while contending with the ongoing Covid Climate, Market Forces caused by the War in Ukraine and NZ facing a cost of living crisis along with Sky Rocketing Interest Rates going higher each day – With all of this Jo got us sold and at the right price – which is rear as many agents just focus on any sale at any price (There's Lots Of Howick Agents in That Group Sadly !!!) After interviewing multiple agents we chose Bayley’s and Jo in Lawrence's Team. I also must say to the seller who gave the 4 star rating – are you mad and shame on you !!! – You should have sold with B & T and in this market should just be thankful for a sale !!! We also had the pleasure of working with Jo and team on our current home – We truly recommend using a “Buyers Agent” and Jo with her team for this !!! We are looking to sell again in the near future and will be working with Jo on the next sale and purchase as well !!! In the future we have more sales to come and when the time comes will be using Bayley’s !!! I also have to say that so many agents shouldn’t make videos - there are so many B & T examples among others of the Howick Agents trying however you can rest assured that Jo is one of the few agents who should make videos !!!
