Could not have asked for more! 😊

Recently we had to sell my father in laws property in Te Awamutu. Which shouldn’t normally be too difficult, but as we live in the South Island it was a bit more involved. My wife chose Sarah Adam’s after 5 minutes discussing our situation with her. Sarah was both professional and very personable, so it was an easy decision. We travelled to TA and worked with Sarah over the next few weeks to confirm what we needed to achieve. Throughout the whole process Sarah offered great advice on preparing the property and how to market it. Considering the amount of properties available at the time, we didn’t have high expectations for a quick sale. However Sarah and her team did a great job marketing the property and it sold at auction for what we considered a very acceptable price. Sarah was lovely to work with and if we were buying or selling a property in the Waikato, she would be our first pick for a real estate agent.
