Incredible agent! Goes above and beyond, every time
Katrina firstly succeeded in selling my house smoothly and painlessly, despite multiple challenges that had led to it not selling with a previous agent. She brought a breezy 'nothing's a problem' attitude that made everything feel easy and grew the confidence of both me and my buyer. Her advice was sound, her communications consistent and clear, and her advice sensible and grounded in a sound understanding of the market, along with great people skills. I felt in safe, assured hands throughout the process, and she was always cheerful and upbeat even when taking calls into the night! Then, as my buying agent Katrina, was so much more. She went above and beyond to communicate with other agents and vendors, while also assisting me with builders, banks, lawyers, mortgage brokers and more. As I was in the middle of an incredibly busy time and doing it alone she became a trusted sounding board, and patiently supported me through the intensity of the process. She was there at the crunch times, assisting with negotiations and difficult conversations, always smoothing the edges and getting me through the next hurdle. I truly could not have done it without her.
