A Patient salesman

My family had been talking about moving late last year. My son knew Liam and suggested that we check him out and see if we wanted to engage him as an agent. I met Liam in January and began the discussion of moving. He was a listener, made suggestions of how to start and was willing to wait until I was ready to make the first move. I generally don't like salesmen as many I have met in the past have been pushy and want to do their thing and not mine. I told Liam this and he smiled and waited. Then when I was ready, I contacted him and he was ready to meet me immediately and explain the steps I would need to go through answering all my questions in a clear and uncomplicated way. Even then I did not want to have open homes etc immediately and he worked all that through easily. He always had a smile, had a sense of humour and was ready for yet more questions. The booklets from the real estate were useful in preparing my home to be viewed. He made appointments for me to visit houses and if not able to be there himself made sure I knew who expect. While looking at houses he did not hound me as some agents did but waited near by for the next lot of questions and gave me good advice. He kept me well informed with text messages and emails. He never made me feel as though he needed to sell the house now but allowed me the time I needed. Liam presented himself professionally at all time and spoke well. I will recommend him to friends as the occasion arises.
