We were under a little bit of a time restraint with having an offer on another house we fell in love with. Julie and her team were on the case nothing seemed to be an issue, great communication and together we managed a very quick turn around to get our house on the market. Julie is passionate about her job and is committed to do everything she can to secure a sale for the vendor. There was good collaboration between Julie and ourselves to keep on top of a tough market. We appreciated the hard work, in a hard market. The only downside I had from a personal point of view was the lack of call/text informing us the viewing were finished so we could head back to the house. I would message/call to see if we were able to return and check to see how it went. Apart from that, we are extremely satisfied with the whole process and final outcome

Wow, what an adventure! Julie has been a godsend for us , I honestly can say that if it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t be sitting here in this lovely new home ! The communication was excellent with all parties involved which is rather complex with an entity like ours.
