I had two awesome experiences with Diane Holland...in both buying and selling. In both cases she was just great, got all info she needed from me in the first instance and just got on with it, she made both purchase and sale so easy and stress free...and believe me...the sale she did wasn't easy! It was a new experience for all being a fire sale but she was great. The one thing that stood out for me and the reason why I continued to use Diane's services, and would again without hesitation, is the fact that she was sincere, honest, trustworthy, totally respectful around the sensitive issues involved, and just ....no bullshit really just gets the job done with great results...she's worth every cent! As a new buyer here I was very impressed with Dianne's knowledge and passion for the Gisborne housing market. She was very professional and easy to deal with and she happily answered my myriad of questions or pointed me in the right direction if she couldn't. She always kept me updated from the first time I went to a viewing right up until she handed me the keys to my new home - My house buying process stalled at one point due to a close family member's passing and it was Dianne whom I rang to talk to all the various interested parties to give me a little more time until after the funeral. I found Dianne to not only be an exceptional realtor but also a lovely and compassionate person. She really did make my house buying experience an amazing one and if I ever buy again or sell, I will be calling her without hesitation.

Huge thanks to Dianne and her team at Bayleys. Dianne was extremely patient waiting for works to be completed on our home, then we finally listed our property for sale. Dianne was completely aware of what our goal was to selling which is so important. It was all looking positive then you could almost feel the market wobble overnight. I had concerns with the market, but thanks to Dianne for having the knowledge, experience and team behind her we have now sold and purchased the the property we originally wanted. So it all worked out by having an agent that knows the end goal and working long hours on the same goal to make it work for everyone. So thank you.
