We enjoyed working with Pam and Abby Timms when selling our first home in 2022. During a time when the market was changing, Pam and Abby worked hard to ensure we ended up with a great result. They were professional, diligent, thorough and extremely knowledgeable throughout the sale of our home. We also really appreciated their expert advice on staging and decorating our home to maximise market interest. We would highly recommend teaming up with the Timms if you want first class service.

So I couldn't review... Sorry. But Abby was there, and her smile was so kind and warm.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Rob as my choice agent. He was able to market the house in a most professional & courteous manner. It took a lot of scheduling & mutually arranged viewings to prospective buyers. I was impressed with the gallery of photographs & detailed features listed. Also Rob was able find a prospective buyer within a reasonable time frame & allowed ample time for my sister to find alternative lodging. A job well done Rob. Much appreciated.

I am delighted with the service and great experience provided by Rob when purchasing a house in St Clair. Rob has diligently listened, provided helpful insights and support to make it a pleasurable result. I would recommend Rob to any prospective buyer or seller, in fact he has become a friend and nearby neighbour. If he ever wants a career change - I would love to employ him!

Pam and Abby were an absolute pleasure. Despite the rapidly evolving market I felt comfortable leaving the city and trusting them completely. They kept me updated regularly throughout the process, always suggesting different approaches and worked to get a result. Highly recommended!

Alice is very thorough and professional in her whole approach and makes you feel very at ease when explaining the sales process and options available. I was very happy with the marketing of my property, photography top notch! Plenty of coverage over the different social media platforms. Alice was in regular contact with us right throughout and even in a slow and very unpredictable market Alice and her team managed to get the numbers through the door and got us a result we are happy with. We would definitely use her again.

We were provided with lots of good advice and treated with respect and professionalism throughout the process. Good quick feedback following open homes etc. Alice was very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond with arranging other parties needed to prepare the property for sale. I would certainly recommend her to anyone else needing a real estate agent. It was a pleasure to have Alice sell our property.
