This was a tough sale, but Pam and Abby hung in and got a very good result for us. Particularly grew to appreciate the advice around decluttering the house, and keeping it spic & span, as we have been put off many houses that we have potentially looked at for purchase due to poor presentation. At times Pam and Abby had to deal with a couple of cot cases (i.e. us) through the process, but managed to portray a confidence that the track we were on was the right one....and so it proved. A big shout out to Abby whose persistence with the eventual purchasers paid a huge dividend in getting the sale across the line. All-in-all a great result. Highly recommend this team. Charles & Val

Martin knows the St Clair area very well, due to many years living and working as a Real Estate Agent in the suburb. Using this excellent knowledge he is able to guide you on the price you can expect when selling, and assist with the whole real estate experience.
