I was an out of town purchaser, most of the organising for the property purchased was done with Anita and our 21 year old daughter that lives in Dunedin, who was very inexperienced in this area. Anita organised and communicated with our daughter very well,which made it easy for me to arrive and view property straight away. This made it very easy for us to make a successful purchase of the property. Thanks Anita for your knowledge of the area and professionalism in regards of the property and communicating with myself and may daughter.

She was professional and very realistic about the market and the process

Anita worked very hard for us to achieve a sale. She understood the market which was only starting to show some early signs of confidence. Her communication was excellent and we always had a strategy to deal with any issues that arose. Selling your house is a stressful process for a vendor so Anita’s calm approach was very reassuring. She got us a good result and we can now proceed to achieve what we planned for the future.

Highly Recommend
