Alice exceeded my expectations in all areas. Nothing is a problem for Alice, she is very communicative throughout the process (working all hours of the day) and she really put everything into our sale. Sharon was magnificent from the start. We bought a house from her and sold our house with her. With her help and excellent decision making we got way more for the house than we expected. She suggested an auction, she suggested we withdraw the possibility of early offers, both moves worked beautifully. So she's very astute, but she's also very personable. We have small kids and so weren't always to conduct meetings in a 'normal' environment. Sharon never showed any sign of frustration. She was always understanding, always calm. The big thing with Sharon is that she's an excellent listener. We made it clear early on what sort of people we were, and she absorbed this information and tailored her approach accordingly. We didn't want her to be pushy, so she wasn't pushy. We needed her to be patient, so she was patient. And always, always, with a genuine smile on her face.
