We were anxious about selling our house whilst also working and parenting three young children. Alice made it all much easier, helping figure out what to do to get it ready for market and organizing people to do it! She also communicated quickly and clearly and had a good eye for detail so thought of points we didn't. We would like to thank Rob and Marika for an outstanding result. The biggest thing for us is Communication, this is where Rob gets AAA+ Despite a few obstacles near the finish line, Rob was an absolute marvel. Everything was extremely positive and his 'CAN DO' attitude fetched us a great but fair price. Small things matter! when the staging was short a few items Rob and Marika grabbed finishing touches from their own house to make it perfect. Just one of many examples. Rob and Marika have sold three houses for us now - we wont use anyone else
