When we first sent a message regarding the apartment via the agency's website we did not get a reply, I followed that up with a phone to Kees who was very informative but did fail to email the information pack when I text for this, we decided at this point to just wait and and see if it sold at auction. Once the auction was over and the property passed in, I then touched base again with Kees and we went to the open home, from that point Kees was very helpful we got the information pack and any questions we asked were answered quickly and fully. He was very helpful when we were putting in the offer and did not apply pressure. He followed up later once we got close to settlement date to check everything was ok.

Alice had great knowledge of Agreement terms and presenting offers. She went the extra mile when it came to pre-settlement inspections, checking in on how I was feeling about my first house purchase, and following up post-settlement to see if there were any issues. Also had great connections for advice on building inspection and electrical work. Highly recommended.
