Liv, and her colleague Tim Dunningham, were outstanding agents. They listened carefully, produced a very fitting marketing description, engaged interest from far and wide, responded rapidly to our requests for their input or assistance, handled the various issues and dilemmas that arose for us with the utmost integrity and professionalism, and were able to refer us to some fantastic people in the community when our need was out of the scope of their practice. They were both very knowledgeable in terms of all things property and their initial appraisal of current market conditions turned out to be spot on. They also had superb knowledge of our local area - Diamond Harbour on Banks Peninsula - and were always friendly, punctual, and respectful. And the proof that all of this matters? Our house sold for a very decent price in just under four weeks and has been purchased by people who will clearly love it just as much as we have.
