I found Lisa to be professional at all times; she demonstrated good market knowledge of the Dargaville area when suggesting a selling price as it closely matched with my own research. I was unable to drive to Dargaville to sign the Settlement papers so she came to the Whangarei office to meet me - I realise there was a two-way benefit to this but I am very grateful she was able to arrange her schedule to fit this in. She found a purchaser for my unit by following up people who had been interested when it had previously been on the market a couple of years ago and the offer made was a fair one in the present market, I felt.
