This is the second property i have sold with Katy, this time she has teamed with Nicky, Having had it listed with another agent for 6 months and told no interest. Within the first 24hrs of listing they had a viewing was under contract with in 3 days, unconditional in 8 days, first property with Katy sold in 2 weeks . The property they have just sold for me has 2 lots of water rights and easements they went out of there way to present the client with all the paper work involved with contracts etc, made the deal so uncomplicated for every one.
