Wonderful people to deal with to easy
This is the second property i have sold with Katy, this time she has teamed with Nicky, Having had it listed with another agent for 6 months and told no interest. Within the first 24hrs of listing they had a viewing was under contract with in 3 days, unconditional in 8 days, first property with Katy sold in 2 weeks . The property they have just sold for me has 2 lots of water rights and easements they went out of there way to present the client with all the paper work involved with contracts etc, made the deal so uncomplicated for every one. I certainly have no hesitation recommending them for the sale of your property. To easy and thank you Katy And Nicky

Fantastic - great communication.
Clare, answered all of our questions, gave us space to have a good look at the property. Nothing was a problem for Clare. She guided us in the right direction to get a builders report. Clare was very professional thought out the whole process. Actually it was a very pleasant and easy process. If we were to sell or buy again at some stage, Clare would be our choice of Agent. We are very very happy!!

Great Result
We met Clare not long after moving from Queenstown last year and it was a time where we didn't have a plan locked in so were looking at all sorts of options. Clare was very patient with us over a 6 mth period until we made a decision to buy in the area. Her local knowledge was very helpful, and she gave us time to understand what the options were and was also very accommodating with our multiple visits to what is now going to be our new home. For me it was a very relaxed process, which is often not the case with buying property so that was great. Overall, we are very happy with our decision and thank Clare for her prompt actions, good sense of humor and again, patience with us, especially in the earlier part of our relationship.
