Liam was our first contact with Bayles Arrowtown and immediately made us feel at ease. He listened to what we wanted, gave us all options available to us and suggested which he thought would be the best way to sell for us to realize the highest possible sell price. With the back up of an excellent team he guided us through what we needed to do for auction. Liam kept us in the loop at all times by phone and txt, walked us through all papers that had to be signed and emailed regular viewing reports. While extremely professional Liam also knew this was a family crib of 35 years and was very respectful of this. We found him easy to talk to and with, good sense of humor, great supplier of coffee but most importantly, knew the realestate market and who our client base was and how to sell our home. End result was we sold well over our reserve. We would fully recommend Liam to anyone selling or buying in Central, excellent realestate agent and backed by professional team.
