Excellent liaison, consultation and dilligent marketing. First declined offer proved to be the best.

Client liaison excellent. Consultation on all key marketing decisions also excellent. No faults with the reactive marketing strategy. Acknowledgement to Andrei in particular for personal attention, open home management and pursuit of prospective buyers. Brent & Katia also acknowledged in different roles. However, with hindsight, client market expectations set too high which influenced decision to sell in first place and first, best offer was declined. Not a criticism, simply a warning that, in a difficult market, sellers should be conservative in their 'bottom line' view of sale price, independently of agent assessment.
