Great communication from our agent Greg Henderson
Greg Henderson sold our rental property in 2024. He provided us with excellent communication throughout the process including the assessment and comparison to other recent sales, plans for marketing, feedback on open homes (which attracted a lot of interest) and progress with the sale negotiations. Greg was practical and helpful throughout the sale process which resulted in an excellent sale. We would definitely engage Greg again should we choose to buy or sell a property in the future.

Greg's your man.. Great to deal with Honest, reliable, and gets the job done. Great communication within service of marketing and selling our not so desirable difficult to sell property always keeping us in the loop. Over the time span of marketing our property we had 4 different agents take on the property, Greg put the effort in where others fell short, hence he got the sale even a little above the asking price..
