An incredible result

22 September 2025 I am very grateful that Nik Sams, Barfoot & Thompson Whangaparaoa was recommended to me by family who found that Nik went the extra mile during the sale of a paddock they subdivided from their lifestyle block. I have been very satisfied with the clear policies/procedures Barfoot & Thompson have set out to guide the process, firstly of marketing my residential property and then when it went to a pre-auction offer. Nik was flexible and generous with his time to ensure extra open homes were fitted into the shortened space before the auction. Nik’s experience enabled me to link with other people/companies to prepare the house beforehand which was really helpful. While I was a little reluctant to sell by auction the result left me stunned.
