The sale was a little complicated and Sylvia was very accommodating and incredibly responsive to all requests and or questions. Her replies to email’s were responded to in minutes not hours and we thought she was a on to it agent. We found her market knowledge was very current as we had looked very carefully as to what politically was happening in N Z re real estate. It was pleasant to know our agent was up to date with current happenings. Slyvia at all times was considerate and professional in our dealings with her.

Always there to assist all issues that arose in the process, Always makes a follow up, She keeps you on track of what is happening. She always makes herself available when you request for appointment . She is fair in dealing with the Vendor and the Buyer. She makes things easier to achieve the solution.
