Amazing First Home Buying Experiance
We were told that our landlord wanted to sell their home on the North Shore, and we were given three months to move out. That left us with a hard decision: pack up our lives again and move into another rental, or take the leap and buy our first home. We chose the latter, and started looking at properties in Waiuku, close to family.
The tricky part was that house viewings are rarely run by the same agent, so seeing different options usually meant multiple trips out from the Shore and with our timeline, that just wasn't realistic. Luckily, the first agent we got hold of was Natalie, and she was incredible from the start. She reached out to the other vendors, coordinated with their agents, and managed to line up six viewings in a single day for us.
That gave us plenty to choose from, and we found the one. From the moment we pulled into the driveway and walked through the door, we knew, even though we'd felt that same spark at two other places earlier that day.
We were worried buying would take months, even with our pre-approval already sorted. But Natalie worked so closely with us, the other agent, and both lawyers that we went from viewing to settlement in about a month. She was a huge part of making that happen. She was always easy to reach, always made time for our questions, no matter how small, and even now well after settlement ,she still checks in and helps point us in the right direction in a town we're still getting to know.
