Professional, great communicator
I found Selena very easy to deal with, she kept me undated throughout the entire process. Nothing was too difficult, she did anything she could to make the process work and do things to take the pressure off me. The Marketing generated good interest in our property and generated multiple buyer options. Overall we are very happy with the outcome.

never say die
We were selling in a down market in an area with a major stigma attached . This did not deter Jayne in the slightest . She did extra open homes , more follow ups and compiled so much information to help the potential purchaser make their decisions easier. Her communication with us and potential buyers was always fluid and also insightful . Where there were potential speed bumps she went that extra mile to find solutions to smooth the path ahead. I would highly recommend Jayne to anyone thinking of selling. The most professional and hard working agent out there these days. She is the Real in Real Estate

Empathetic and clear communicator keeping you calm and reassured through the process
Jayne was an excellent choice for us - her local market and community knowledge, her ability to listen to what was important to us, her calmness and support when things didn’t go to plan, her dedication and work ethic, her problem-solving ability and her empathetic and calm communication style all made for a good experience with a successful outcome. Selling in a difficult market really needs a good agent - I would say that Jayne is probably selling in one of the toughest markets in Auckland currently - so that in itself demonstrates her tenacity and perseverence. I would thoroughly recommend Jayne to anyone in that area who wants to sell their property.

Excellent Communication, Genuine and Wealth of knowledge
We dealt with Selena Skinner on the purchase of our very first home. We understand why the owners chose her to market and sell their home. Impeccable communication, prompt, genuine and hard working. Nothing was ever an issue when dealing with her and our first home purchase process from start to finish. She made the buying process for us not stressful and she made us feel very at ease. Working with Celina was great experience, she was professional,honest and worked very hard for us
We don't think there was any area that Celina did not perform well in. Our property went on the market right when Trump started the war with Iran, so the timing couldn't had been worse. Never the less Celina still approached the sale with a positive attitude and worked very hard to finalize the sale

Determination and helpfulness in a person.
Selena took on the hard job of selling our house after it had been sitting on the market for a bit with two different agencies. She has been determined and helpful since day 1, and the results soon came through. Communication and clarity are definitely top grade, plus she dealt with our needs without batting an eye and always staying professional yet incredibly friendly and approachable.
