She was always on time with the Open Homes and her marketing strategy attracted an above average number of people at each Open Home. She promptly followed up on all visitors to the open homes and reported back to me with her thoughts on potential purchasers within a couple of days. Although Rosina has not been based in Waihi very long she has good local knowledge and understanding of the dynamics associated with a small mining town. Her professionalism and experience as a realestate agent certainly shone through! Overall I would not hesitate to recommend or refer others to Rosina who may be considering selling or buying property in Waihi or wherever the property is located. Local knowledge certainly helps with property transactions but I think experience, integrity and good communication is more important and Rosina exhibits all three.
