So easygoing and pleasant

From the moment we met Shane, he was very pleasant and up front about the details of the home we purchased. There were a couple of flaws which Shane pointed out immediately, and did not glaze over the details. Communication was excellent, and really made us feel like he put us first. We were first home buyers, met a few agents and visited a few open homes, no one was more attentive to us than Shane. The property was up for auction, we advised Shane that we will not attend the auction, but would like to put an offer if the property passed on auction day. Shane advised to get an offer ready, and we were lucky to have our offer accepted after a round of negotiation. Even after going unconditional, Shane went to lengths to sort out some minor issues, and we really appreciated that. We highly recommend Shane, both for sellers and buyers. He is very professional and at the same time personable. He works meticulously to make the whole process as simple as possible.
