Professional, approachable and competent
Jo was one of a team of 2 agents that sold our house recently. We found her to be warm, responsive and always available to answer any questions we had at any time. She listened well, came to understand the details of our property well, always acted in a professional manner, and dealt very competently with the rather unusual nature of our property. She was able to focus on the positives while acknowledging the particular challenges the property presented. She was always a pleasure to talk with and transmitted confidence from the outset. We had to be patient and wait for a sale, but she never wavered in her belief that it would sell in time, a belief that turned out to be well founded.
Highly recommend
I find it difficult to see how this sale could have been better managed. Paul listened carefully and responsively to our resistance to an auction (which proved valid as the marketing process ensued). I was highly impressed with their professionalism when our hanging out for what we thought was a fair price involved a complex waiting period of buyer house sale (a buyer brought by another agent) which disadvantaged lower bidders brought by Paul and Jo and reduced the fee advantage for them. When we called upon Paul to explain options at times of our uncertainty, I liked his rigour and clarity. Compared with our previous experiences they were very proactive, and knowledgeable, and as much as possible took pains to make things less stressful. A very intelligent team (and I nearly forgot to mention their photographer is superb).
Excellent professional team
We found Paul,(later joined by Jo), to be intelligent, very well informed and genuinely motivated to get the best price possible for us in our rather unusual property. He is a good listener, and very quickly understood and communicated what he felt was the best approach for selling the property. He was very responsive at all times, and was especially helpful when another agent became involved and we had to make rather complex decisions. We were confident from the beginning that if we were patient he would sell the property and he did!
