We have known Zdenka for a long time, so she was the obvious person to go to when marketing our home, but that was not the only reason. Zdenka is professional, enthusiastic, humorous, she gives great advice, she is helpful, and there was nothing that was too much trouble, including loving the cat during open homes. She never put pressure on us as vendors, and I believe she would not have pressurised the buyers either. She is discrete, and if one appreciates discretion, she is sensitive to that. We would wholeheartedly recommend Zdenka as your agent, and appreciate the extra mile she went to for us.

If you are buying or selling, look no further than Pete Tuki. From the outset, Pete was upfront and realistic, whilst always being incredibly driven, upbeat and determined in his approach. In a challenging market, Pete kept us up-to-date with EVERYTHING. Whilst Pete always gave his genuine and well-researched advice, every and any decision was left for us to decide upon. Pete’s knowledge was kept current and relevant, and was constantly being reassessed in an unprecedented and unpredictable market. When I say Pete goes above and beyond - I truly mean it. He ensured the grounds were impeccable (he himself went to the property and tidied up, arranging for the lawns to be seen to) and stayed on top of maintenance which I couldn’t see to as I was out of the area. Things which were quite a big deal to me were made insignificant as he promptly sorted them without a fuss, and without me even asking. As the market dwindled, Pete took initiative and boosted advertising without us even saying a word. He’d regularly update the online advertising to keep it fresh and engaging. I cannot recommend Pete more.

Peter has been the most amazing Agent. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he is highly professional. He is mindful of the stress involved in selling property and is incredibly supportive. Peter worked relentlessly on achieving an incredible sale within a depressed market and out performed on every level from communication, updates, canvassing potential purchasers, marketing strategy including best photographs, video and keeping things fresh. He knows his area and has all the right contacts to maximise getting the property out to numerous potential buyers. My whole experience throughout has been exemplary with the way in which Peter works.
