I'm very pleased that I chose Clive Whalen to help me sell my home recently, he did an excellent job of marketing and selling my home quickly in these uncertain Covid times. I interviewed several agents and ultimately chose Clive as he's relatable and friendly, has worked in West Auckland for many years, has a positive and successful reputation and knows real estate inside out. The slick marketing campaign that Clive put together resulted in busy open homes and lots of buyer interest, this as well as the presentation of my home resulted in two pre-auction offers, the latter of which I accepted. On acceptance of the pre-auction offer, my auction was brought forward 9 days prior to the original auction date. The Barfoot system as well as Clive’s diligence resulted in five bidders at the auction, which ultimately resulted in my home being sold for a premium price.
