A positive experience

Clive had good market knowledge and provided a realistic market appraisal. Having readied the property for sale expectations were raised to thinking I could sell on the higher side of the appraisal but this did not happen. Clive went above and beyond what was expected as I had water in the basement and he went to check on it during bad weather and advised on what was necessary to fix it. He also had to deal with keeping the cat inside while open homes were on. Clive was always on time for open homes and gave thorough weekly feedback. During negotiations when selling Clive was very helpful in how to approach these to get the best possible outcome. Selling over the summer holiday was tricky but Clive made it a positive experience.
