A Smooth and Relaxed Experience!

Clive was a great agent to work with. He was very quick with his communications via message and calling. He answered any and all questions we had promptly, regarding properties, and the buying process. Clive is experienced in the West Auckland area, and gave us up to date info on the trends of the market in this area, and found different properties to suggest, that we may not have considered at first. His negotiation skills are very good. He was clear telling us prices that properties would likely go for, and recommended offering in certain price ranges to have more success if we wanted to make an offer.
