Solid communications, timeliness & follow through

As the buyer I was conscious of the fact that he was working for the vendor so it feel's slightly odd to write a review for him. I'd expect these reviews would be read by sellers so a buyers opinion should be less important. But Chris was available when we needed him and came back to us with any information we requested very quickly. Our experience as buyers was good enough that now it's time to sell my fathers house, he was the obvious choice to contact. Hopefully I'll soon be writing another review as a seller and could comment on market knowledge and negotiation skills.
