Elizabeth was so great to deal with. Very efficient and explained everything really well to our son who we are buying the home with. In fact I was super impressed with the way she spoke and dealt with him, as this is his first home and she made him feel very at ease, and also always put him first in the discussions and dealings. This showed me Elizabeth knows how to make the transaction more personal, yet still keeping it very professional.
