Great agent, knowledgeable, honest , communication top knotch, always does what he says he will do. Provides well researched information. Able to answer all queries. Very professional and calm. Recommend Blair as a great agent - he is thoughtful - listens before speaking, considerate and honest. It was a challenging time and Blair helped me navigate it well. I appreciated he enlisted another agent for the betterment of the sale ( me) before himself and keeping the whole commission. I feel this is rare and very commendable to his character. He is a team person, as well as a good individual. I have learnt a lot about selling in a tough market- it’s very different to my previous experiences - it is hard to adjust expectations and become realistic when wanting a sale and the Agent can be really effective when they take the time to explain , educate and talk it over. Blair is someone who does this well and it’s helped me a lot.
