Carl was 'onto it' from day 1 and didn't give up despite a lack of interest in the property for some time, continuing to do open homes when few people came, and looking for other options to market. Then when an offer was received, Carl again went the extra mile and secured a price higher than I expected, by recommending to me that I maintain the advertised price despite the offer being lower, and it worked. Carl is accessible and personable, will definately use him again next time.
