How to invest in client relationships

We first met Jo before we were ready to sell, but were provided with an excellent appraisal and advice at that time. Over the following four years Jo invested in our relationship with her through regular contact so when it came time to sell, it was natural for us to engage Jo, even though she was from another Barfoot & Thompson office.
