Excellent detailed communicator

It was a pleasure working with Dev. I liked the fact that he provided detailed information regularly and had so much knowledge about the industry and the clientele. I liked the detailed weekly reports with his recommendations, which made it easier for me to make a decision. He was not afraid to share his personal opinion on the property and did not create unrealistic expectations. His market knowledge is very good, and I was very impressed at the sale price we received for the property and that the property sold in such a short time of being on the market. He went above and beyond my expectations and a lot of hard work has gone into selling this property. I will definitely refer more properties to him to sell in the future.
