Excellent detailed communicator

I liked the detailed weekly reports with his recommendations, which made it easier for me to make a decision. He was not afraid to share his personal opinion on the property and did not create unrealistic expectations. His market knowledge is very good, and I was very impressed at the sale price we received for the property and that the property sold in such a short time of being on the market.
